Dr. Morairty is a board-certified Adult and Geriatric Psychiatric Physician.  He graduated from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and then completed a 4-year general adult psychiatry Residency as well as a 1-year geriatric psychiatry fellowship at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

His treatment philosophy is one of integrity and transparency.  While it is quite important to understand prior diagnoses and treatment history, these can be limiting and inaccurate at times.  You can expect a DSM-V informed psychiatric diagnostic evaluation and medication management.  He also incorporates an eclectic psychotherapy approach based on clinical picture. 

 

Dr. M. is also a family man and dedicated to the South Central Idaho Area his wife of 10 years, and 2 children call home.  He is into hiking and biking, as well as experiencing new foods and connecting with people.
